Scott L. Masse is a graduate of Catholic University Columbus School of Law.  He has extensive trial
experience in personal injury, civil litigation and criminal defense.

Presently, he serves as Special Town Counsel to the Town of Andover, Massachusetts and million dollar
companies including, Big Kahuna Properties, LLC and Sutton Redevelopment, LLC. In addition, he
currently sits as the Chairman of the North Andover Conservation Commission.

He has served on the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Chapter of the Red Cross and the
Peabody Chamber of Commerce.
